For all those who are gung-ho about Twitter real time search results, however buggy it might be, here is a wake up call. Search behemoth Google maybe has it all too, just that they are not as close as can be. Even when they enhanced the search time frame in May, the minimum option was the past 24hours, hardly in the scale of Twitter. Yet, you can get search results right upto the last minute and second by changing the search parameters on the address bar as Ran Geva of the Omligi Blog has found out.

Microsoft’s Skydrive online storage service has prompted Google to jump in the bandwagon albeit a shade late, just a few hours to be precise.
Google has announced pricing options for both Gmail (email) and Picasa (photo services). The paid model would come in handy for those users who would want much more than the existing free allowance namely 1GB for picasa and 2.8 GB for Gmail. Annual prices are pegged at $20 for 6 GB. Other pricing models fall in the realm of 25GB for $75,100GB for $250 and 250GB for $500.

There are no two doubts about the fact that Google Earth is one of the coolest things on the internet right now. There are not many in the web space who dont know about Google Earth now. From kindergarten to commerce, the Google Earth fever has left none untouched. GE is one new age tool that awaits further exploitation.
Start clicking, zoom, hover and pronto, you just reach where you want to be.The first thing that I did and I presume that every one does when they log into Google Earth is to search for their residence location. Thanks to the data collected by NASA’s Shuttle Radar Topography Mission, the digital elevation model (DEM) was made possible. And this means fantastic views of anyplace on earth, anywhere, anytime, and that too in 3-Dimensional format. Fantasies can’t get any better.
